OMEGA™ hand-held thermocouple probes have a handle which is moulded to the probe sheath. The assembly includes a coiled cable, which expands to 1.5 metres, and a miniature thermocouple plug. The lead and plug are colour coded to the thermocouple type. The probe sheaths are manufactured from class 1 tolerance mineral insulated MI cable and can be formed to shape to suit many different applications. The stainless steel sheaths are rated to 800ºC, Inconel to 1150ºC and SuperOMEGACLAD™XL to 1335ºC for short term use.

The included handle makes them ideal to use it with food ot to be inserted.
