Description

OMEGA’s PX2150 Series pressure transducers combine state-of-the-art sensor technology with ultra pure manufacturing techniques resulting in a durable high accuracy pressure sensor for high purity environments. The 0.2 to 5.2 Vdc output assures compatibility with most process controllers and computer interface equipment. The high accuracy output signal is virtually immune to EMI and RFI. The sensor is isolated from the pressure fitting which eliminates any torque effect. Every part is mass spectrometer leak tested to 1 x 10-9 ATM.CC/sec. Applications include high purity gas delivery systems, Semiconductor process tools or Pharmaceutical and Biotech processes.
